Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting August 3, 2026 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $1,960.00 (Based on 40 hours)

Schedule

8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
