Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 14-week contract in Fairmont, West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient progress and outcomes using an electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Adhere to all regulatory and ethical standards in occupational therapy practice.

Requirements

• Must hold an active COTA license.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Bilingual skills are not required.
• Holiday coverage is not provided.
• The electronic medical record system used is not specified.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
