Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,690 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience in SNF settings preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
• Current CPR certification

Skills

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
