Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,440 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in SNF settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
