Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a school-based contract position in Surprise, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
• Assess and evaluate student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and school staff
• Document progress and communicate with parents and guardians

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience working in a school or clinic setting preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
