Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a position in Surprise, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Implement therapeutic activities to enhance daily living skills and occupational performance.
• Document progress and communicate with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Experience working in an occupational therapy setting preferred.
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

The pay package is based on 7 hour shifts and 35 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

7 hours per day, 5 days a week.
