About the role
RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a travel Rehabilitation Therapist for a position in Butte, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess patient needs and progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Valid licensure and/or certifications for the state of work.
- Demonstrate ability to be flexible, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and remain professional during times of stress and change.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited program in occupational therapy.
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a rehabilitation facility.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using rehabilitation equipment and technology.
