About the role
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services in a therapeutic setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing patients' functional abilities and developing treatment plans
- Implementing and modifying treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Providing direct patient care, including exercises and activities designed to improve function
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Documenting patient progress and communicating with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent work experience in the specialty of the job applying for
- A current BLS/CPR certification through American Heart Association
- Active License in the state of the job location (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program
- Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Pay
