About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 12-week assignment in Portland, Oregon. The position offers 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, and a duration starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in performing daily activities
• Help patients improve their functional abilities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Provide education and training to patients and families

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy or related field
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a COTA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
