Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
• Aiding patients with activities of daily living, therapeutic exercises, and mobility training
• Monitoring patient progress and communicating updates to the supervising therapist
• Informing patients and caregivers about adaptive techniques and safety strategies
• Maintaining accurate documentation
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active COTA License
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• SNF experience preferred but not required
