Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant credential, relevant experience in SNF settings preferred, strong communication and teamwork skills, and ability to work independently.
• Key Duties: Deliver therapy sessions, assess patient needs, adapt interventions as necessary, and contribute to patient care goals.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to facility policies.
