Travel Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Responsibilities

• Adequately document patient progress according to facility protocols.
• Assist patients in developing and restoring functional independence through therapy interventions aligned with the Occupational Therapist's plan of care.
• Assist with patient and family education.
• Communicate patient status to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and compliance protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active or ability to obtain a state COTA license.
• Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
