Responsibilities

• Decontaminates, packages, sterilizes, and delivers instruments, materials, and equipment necessary for surgical support.
• Works under indirect supervision of the Director of Surgical Services to ensure adherence to departmental operations guidelines and standards.
• Documents the sterilization process.
• Ensures proper functionality of equipment.
