About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN CCU - Coronary Care for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in the CCU setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Kentucky
- Current BLS certification
Qualifications
- Experience in CCU or similar critical care setting preferred
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficient in CCU protocols and procedures
- Ability to manage high acuity patients
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours, nights, with a start date of August 24, 2026.
