Schedule Night shift, 3x12 hour schedule (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend required. Job Description The Registered Nurse in the Float Pool will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care by floating between Critical Care Units (CCU), Medical/Surgical (MS) Units, and Rehabilitation Units as needed. The candidate must demonstrate clinical competence and flexibility in diverse care settings. Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care across various units, ensuring safety and quality. Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required. Active RN license is required. EPIC experience preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Candidates may be required to float between units and care for COVID patients.
