About the Role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Requirements
- Licensure and Certifications:
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
- Current Kentucky State Radiologic License/Certification
- BLS
- EKG training with annual competency validation
- ACLS
- PALS
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Experience with structural heart, electrophysiology, and vascular interventions
- Proficiency in sterile technique and radiation safety
- Knowledge of invasive hemodynamic monitoring and waveform interpretation
- Experience with IVUS, FFR, iFR, ACT testing, and closure devices
- Familiarity with closure devices including: Mynx, Vascade, Perclose, Angio-Seal, TR Band
- Experience with ACIST contrast delivery systems
- Ability to operate Epic EMR and Philips XPER hemodynamic monitoring systems
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to respond effectively during cardiovascular emergencies
Call Requirements
- Participation in a 24-hour/day, 7-day/week, 365-day/year on-call rotation
- Must be able to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes when called in
