Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 18, 2026, in Carmichael, California.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
• Operate and monitor equipment used during procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Document patient data accurately and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in California.
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology.
