About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a position in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Assist with adult and geriatric cardiac catheterization procedures
- Perform Cath Lab roles including: Computer operator, Scrub assistant, Second circulator, Recovery technician
- Operate and maintain fluoroscopy and radiographic equipment
- Monitor hemodynamic parameters during procedures
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures under sterile conditions
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols
- Respond to emergency situations in the Cath Lab
Requirements
- Associate Degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
- Minimum 1 year of invasive vascular experience preferred
- Experience with: Fluoroscopy and radiographic equipment, Hemodynamic monitoring, Cardiac catheterization procedures, Sterile technique, Radiation safety practices, Emergency/code situations in Cath Lab
- Required Certifications: ARRT Certification, BLS, ACLS, Basic Arrhythmia Course Completion
- Required License: Active Kentucky State License/Registration (Radiologic Technologist)
