Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,569 per week

Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Rapid City, South Dakota. The position is at a Level II Trauma Center, Level III NICU, Magnet‑designated Primary Stroke Center and Teaching Hospital with 417 beds. The technologist will work in a new hybrid cath lab/OR room with one bed, handling an average of 1‑2 cases per day. The schedule consists of 10‑hour day shifts, 40 hours per week, and travelers must reside at least 100 miles from any affiliated facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform open and closed surgical procedures, TCAR, TEVAR, EVAR, TAVR, TMVR, AIFF and femoral bypass.
• Manage an average of 1‑2 cases per day in the hybrid cath lab/OR.
• Float as needed to assist with peripheral and structural procedures within the cath lab.
• Participate in New Employee Orientation (NEO) – first week includes four 10‑hour shifts with a preceptor.
• May be expected to precept students.
• Work alongside charge nurse support and use EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell medication dispensing, and Siemens/
