About the role
Travel Cath Lab Technologist position in Lexington, Kentucky. Assignment starts 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week on a 10-hour day shift. Employment type: Travel.
Responsibilities
- Scrub and monitor cases in a 4-suite Cath Lab environment
- Handle interventional cardiology, structural heart, and peripheral vascular cases (~10–15 cases/day)
- Participate in 24/7 call coverage with a 30-minute response time
- Float occasionally to other procedural areas based on census
- Adhere to schedule created by supervisor, typically 7:00 AM–5:30 PM for scheduled cases
Requirements
- 2+ years of Cath Lab experience
- RCIS certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
Schedule
- 4×10s or 5×8s, 40 hours per week
- Call required on weekends and holidays
- Orientation: 3 shifts
