Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Radiology Manager to lead a high-performing Cardiac Cath Lab team in beautiful Lewes, Delaware. This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced Cath Lab professional who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and driving quality patient care. You'll play a key role in planning, organizing, and overseeing cardiac, vascular, invasive, interventional, and electrophysiology (EP) services while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Position Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
- Previous management and leadership experience in an Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab required
- Clinical electrophysiology (EP) experience preferred
- Strong project management and operational leadership skills
- Experience with cardiac and vascular invasive/interventional programs
- Knowledge of accreditation standards including AACPVR and Intersocietal Commission requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and providers
