Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,529 per week
About the role
Binding Minds is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment at Ocean University Medical Center (OUMC) – Hackensack Meridian Health in Brick, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with invasive cardiac procedures
- Using Impella, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), and hemodynamic monitoring
- Working in a fast-paced Cardiac Cath Lab environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Strong experience assisting with invasive cardiac procedures
- Experience using: Impella, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP)
- Experience with hemodynamic monitoring
- Experience working in a fast-paced Cardiac Cath Lab environment
- Current BLS (AHA)
- Radiology Certification
- State Radiologic License
- American Heart Association ACLS certification within 3 months of employment (if not already held)
- Radiologic Technologist License within one year of hire (facility requirement) is preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
