Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,450 per week

Job Summary

A Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position is available in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Candidates are responsible for scrubbing cases, both elective and emergent, within a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory that specializes in peripheral vascular procedures, diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, electrophysiology implants, pacemaker and implantable cardioverter defibrillator procedures, and ablations. The role requires candidates to bring their license on the first day of employment.

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Specialist (RCIS)

• Licenses: Valid license

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in interventional cath lab procedures including scrubbing with interventionalists during structural heart procedures such as STEMI, Shockwave, Penumbra, Impella, IABP, and peripheral cases

• Traveler Experience: Previous traveler experience is required

Schedule

• Call Starts: 5:30 PM

• Call Ends: 7:00 AM

• Weekends Covered: 24/7, with a requirement of working one weekend every 4 weeks and 1-2 nights per week for call

Additional Information

• Equipment Experience: Experience working with specific equipment such as Shockwave, Rotablator, Penumbra, Impella, and IABP is preferred

• Float Rotation: Float rotation may be required
