Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,366 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 2 years of experience for a 13-week cardiac cath lab assignment in Illinois, performing diagnostic and interventional procedures including LHC, RHC, devices, peripherals, and carotids.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based cardiac cath lab setting
• Perform procedures such as left and right heart catheterization (LHC/RHC), device implants, peripheral vascular, and carotid interventions
• Scrub and X-ray cath lab cases across a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures
• One weekday on call per week and one weekend on call every 4 weeks on a rotating schedule
• Holiday coverage is required on a rotating basis

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience preferred
• IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) radiation certification required for the state of Illinois
• Active state license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
