Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,366 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab / EP Technologist for a cardiac cath lab position requiring Epic proficiency, ACLS/BLS/ARRT or RCIS certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Works alongside a team of 20 physicians
• Handles 12–15 cases per day in a cardiac cath lab setting with 4 procedure rooms
• Performs 5x8 hour day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Provides care in a cath lab environment
• Completes procedures using GE Innova imaging equipment and Maclab and Xper monitoring/recording systems
• Assists with patient care and documentation using Epic EMR
• May work 1 night of call per week and 1 weekend of call per month

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of cath lab experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and either ARRT (R) or RCIS certification
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Active LA license required if applicable
• Supervisor reference dated within the last 12 months required for consideration
• Copies of Driver's License required for consideration

Qualifications

First-time travelers will be considered for this position. Former permanent employees of any LCMC facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible to travel with this facility. Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates. RTO is limited to 5 days or fewer for the duration of the contract.
