Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,268 per week

About the role

The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech performs advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, peripheral vascular procedures, and structural heart procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Cardiac Cath Lab Technicians are responsible for scrubbing, monitoring, and assisting providers as requested.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, peripheral vascular procedures, and structural heart procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Scrub, monitor, and assist providers as requested.

Requirements

• Current ACLS certification required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Cardiac Cath Lab Technology program.
• Current registration as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).

• Proficiency in operating cardiac cath lab equipment.

Benefits

Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
