Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $3,308 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a contract with one of their top healthcare clients. The position offers a 13-week duration with 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab (CCL) through the provision of technical assistance to the cardiac catheterization team.
• Aid in the performance of various invasive cardiac or peripheral vascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Operate ancillary equipment, anticipate and obtain necessary inventory and medications as ordered.
• Ensure compliance with technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment for both staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.

Requirements

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Two years of Cath Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
