Requirements
- Minimum of 24 months Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) – required
- Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI – required
- No hits on state license to practice – required
- RTO cannot exceed 7 days; no RTO during the first week of assignment – required
- Candidate driver’s license to verify residency – required
- Travel experience – highly preferred
- ARRT certification – required
- BLS (AHA) certification – required
- Active Arizona state license to practice at time of submission – required
- Compact license allowed
