About the role
LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week position in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures
- Assist with complex total occlusions, coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, valvular disease, renal disease, carotid stenosis, limb salvage, peripheral stenosis, thrombosis disease, Impella insertion, LVAD insertions, etc.
- Work with patient types including but not limited to coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, complex total occlusions, diagnostic Cath procedures, valvular disease, renal disease, carotid stenosis, limb salvage, peripheral stenosis, thrombosis disease, Impella insertion, LVAD insertions, etc.
- Operate EPIC system
- Participate in call rotation (1-2 days per week)
Requirements
- ARRT or RCIS certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Travel experience
- EPIC experience
- PREFERRED: Level I or II Trauma experience
Qualifications
- Current Registered Cardiographic Technologist (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Travel experience
- EPIC experience
- PREFERRED: Level I or II Trauma experience
