About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Modesto, California.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
• Operate and maintain equipment used in cardiac catheterization labs.
• Document patient information accurately and prepare reports as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Current license/certification as a Cath Lab Technologist in California.
• Experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.
• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
