About the role

Perform cardiac catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), peripheral procedures, pacemaker and defibrillator implants. Work with cardiovascular invasive equipment and use the Meditech EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cardiac catheterization procedures
• Assist with PCI and peripheral procedures
• Support pacemaker and defibrillator implantations
• Operate cardiovascular invasive equipment
• Document patient care using Meditech EMR system
• Participate in on-call rotation (10–12 days per month, 3:00 PM to 6:30 AM; weekend availability for 48-hour periods)

Requirements

• Active ACLS and BLS certifications
• RCIS certification preferred
• Scrub color requirement: Ceil blue
• Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Team player mentality

Facility

Specialized 8-bed Cath Lab on the first floor of the main building, staffed by 10 professionals including 4 RNs and 3 CV techs, equipped with advanced cardiovascular technology and using the Meditech EMR system.

Pay

Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,861.40 (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week; tax-free stipend amount to be determined).
