Travel Cath Lab Technologist - $2,768 per week

About the role

This is a senior-level Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology Technologist role focused on cardiac and vascular procedures. The technologist assists physicians during invasive and interventional procedures while operating advanced imaging equipment to guide diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians during invasive and interventional procedures
• Operates advanced imaging equipment to guide diagnosis and treatment
• Assists with catheterization and other interventional procedures
• Performs hemodynamic monitoring
• Implements and manages device implants and structural heart cases
• Mentors and trains staff members

Requirements

• Cath Lab experience
• Interventional Cardiology experience
• Vascular intervention experience
• Scrubbing and circulating procedures
• Experience with device implants and structural heart cases preferred
• Licenses and certifications required

Qualifications

• Current certification in Cardiovascular Interventions (CRI)
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current CRRT certification (preferred)

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer systems and software

Pay

Competitive and transparent pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
