Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a position in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Prepare patients for catheterization procedures, including pre-procedure counseling and equipment setup.
• Operate and maintain catheterization laboratory equipment.
• Document patient data accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Texas.
• Experience in performing diagnostic catheterization procedures.
• Knowledge of catheterization laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited training program in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technology.
• Successful completion of a national certification exam.
