Responsibilities
- Perform duties as a Cath Lab Technologist in a Level I Trauma and teaching hospital environment.
- Work with nursing students and participate in a teaching hospital setting.
- Complete required onboarding and exams prior to assignment start.
- Adhere to facility-specific requirements, including dress code and vehicle policies.
Requirements
- 2 years of CORE experience in Cath Lab specialty.
- Level 1 Trauma and teaching experience required.
- Previous travel experience required for ED, Neuro ICU, and travel teams.
- CERNER EMR experience required for ED travel teams.
- Must have own vehicle for travel teams.
- No facial piercings and only natural hair colors allowed.
- Must be gone from CommonSpirit for 12 months as permanent staff to be considered for a travel assignment.
- Cannot work another assignment/contract simultaneously with this assignment.
- Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48 hours prior to acceptance (maximum 2 attempts). Failure results in a 6-month Do Not Use (DNU) period within CommonSpirit AZ and Sacramento Region for specific units (e.g., Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, ER, etc.).
- Day 1 Pass/Fail Exam (see unique notes for details).
- Onboarding documents due by 1 PM CST Wednesday before start; no pending items allowed.

- Specialties include lung, liver, and kidney transplants.

- Parking: Assigned to a parking lot and shuttled to the facility (night shift assigned to a parking garage).
- All profiles must include: unit size, hospital size, trauma level, and EMR (Cerner experience).
