About the role
The Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position is located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. This role involves supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures within a general cardiac catheterization laboratory. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, providing exceptional cardiovascular care and demonstrating strong cath lab skills, particularly in scrub procedures.
Schedule
- Four (4) days per week, 10 hours per day (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM)
- 40 hours per week minimum
- 10-hour shifts, days
- Rotating call schedule, including approximately one weekend per month
Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Scrub, circulate, and support physicians during procedures
- Maintain a sterile procedural environment
- Monitor patients and respond to clinical changes
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary cardiovascular team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Valid licensure and certifications in applicable healthcare fields
- Strong cath lab experience
- Ability to scrub Cath Lab procedures independently
- At least 3 years of experience

- Previous cath lab experience
- Strong scrub skills in cath lab procedures
- Critical thinking and effective communication skills
