Thrive Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Unit Information
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Department includes:
- Three cardiac catheterization labs
- A holding area for in-patients
- A radial lounge for out-patients
Staffing includes: A total of 7 technologist positions and 13 registered nurse positions, including the manager. In the radial lounge, there are 5 registered nurse positions and 1 licensed nursing assistant position.
Operation Hours: Radial Lounge: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Cath Lab: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with 24-hour call coverage.
Equipment used in the unit includes: OCT, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, IABP, Pacemakers, Rota, CSI, Opsens, Cath Works, Penumbra.
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system: Sunrise / Allscripts, Mac Lab.
Qualifications
- Critical care experience
- Experience with Impella and IABP
- Experience in titrating drips independently
- Current ACLS certification

- Right heart catheterizations
- Drug studies
- TAVR
- TMVR
- ASD/PFO closures
- Stents / angioplasty
- Atherectomy (Rota, CSI, Shockwave)
- Mechanical thrombectomy (INARI and EKOS)
- IABP and Impella insertions
- Mitral Clip procedures
- Temporary wire placements
- Pressure wire placements
- VSD closures
- CarioMems insertions

Scheduling and Call
Self-scheduling is utilized for call shifts, typically requiring one day a week and one weekend per month. Call hours begin at 4:30 PM and end at 7:30 AM the following morning, with weekend call running from 4:30 PM Friday to 7:30 AM Monday.
