About the role
Triage Staffing is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
- Document patient data accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in Missouri.
- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization techniques and protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Current ACLS certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Skills
- Proficiency with medical equipment and technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Pay
