About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 12-week assignment starting on July 21, 2026, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning patients.
- Operate equipment used in cardiac catheterization labs.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Georgia.
- Experience in performing cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac catheterization technology.
- Current BLS certification.
