About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment used in the catheterization laboratory.
• Monitor patient vital signs and record data accurately.
• Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during the procedure.
• Document patient care activities and results in the medical record.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Current license/certification as a Cath Lab Technologist.
• At least one year of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of cardiac catheterization techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for licensure/certification in the state of Utah.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment physical.
