About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 12, 2026, in Clackamas, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in the catheterization laboratory.
- Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
- Operate and monitor equipment used during cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Document patient data accurately and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Current American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant experience in a cath lab setting.
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization techniques and procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
