About the role
Join a dynamic Cardiac Catheterization Lab team as a cardiac technician, providing vital support during diagnostic and treatment procedures.
Responsibilities
- Review medical histories
- Prepare testing sites
- Interpret results
- Monitor patients for abnormalities
- Ensure lab cleanliness and equipment functionality
- Report equipment malfunctions
Requirements
- Current BLS certification within 30 days of hire (accepted from AHA or Red Cross)
- Certification such as Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, Cardiographic Tech, Radiologic Technologist, or Cardiac Sonographer obtained prior to employment
- High school diploma with 2 years of experience, or an associate/technical degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
Qualifications
- Preferred: 1+ year recent experience as a Cardiovascular Technician
- ARRT certification is highly desirable
