About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking an ARRT Certified Radiologic Technologist for a travel assignment in the Cardiac Cath Lab at a facility in Salem, Massachusetts. This position offers a crisis rate, free on-site parking, and a flexible start date.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week, 4x10 day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- 7 call shifts per 4-week schedule block (including 3 full weekend shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Call room available on site
Responsibilities
- Scrub for interventional cardiac procedures, including PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implants, and ablations
- Scrub for EP procedures, including device implants, lead revisions, and ablations
- Potential floating to Interventional Radiology
- Work with adult patient population
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent Cath Lab experience
- 2+ years of travel experience
- ARRT Certification and current Massachusetts Radiology Tech license
- AHA ACLS certification
- Experience with interventional cardiac procedures, PCI, and scrubbing
- EP Lab experience, including scrubbing for device implants, lead revisions, and ablations
- EPIC EMR experience (Cupid module)
Skills
- Proficient with Toshiba X-Ray and Cannon equipment
- Strong interventional and cardiac catheterization skills
About the unit
This Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab consists of 2 rooms and performs a range of procedures, including PCI, Impella support, balloon pump insertion, device implants, and ablations.
