Travel Cath Lab Technician - $3,168 per week
About the role
Access Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Racine, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory
- Assist physicians during invasive cardiology procedures
- Monitor patient vitals and adjust treatments as necessary
- Chart patient data accurately using EPIC for charting system
- Floating to sites within 40 miles, especially Franklin, as required during contract
Requirements
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or American Registry for Diagnostic Mammography (ARMAM) certification (if applicable)
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiographic Technician (RCT) certification (if applicable)
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) certification (if applicable)
- Two years of experience
- Experience with EP, balloon pump, cardiac cath, and peripheral procedures preferred
- Prior travel experience
Qualifications
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including early morning and late evening shifts
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Skills
- Proficient in EPIC for charting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
Benefits
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule
8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week; shift: 0730-1600; flexible start and end times; call rotation with core staff during weekdays and around every 3rd weekend; holidays covered by call in rotation with regular staff (12+ days of call).
