About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in Port St Lucie, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Operate equipment used in cardiac catheterization labs
- Document patient information accurately
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Minimum 18 months of Cath Lab specialty experience
- 2 years preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist), RCVT (Registered/Certified Cardiovascular Technologist) certifications required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA) certification
- Preferred RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or RCVT (Registered/Certified Cardiovascular Technologist) certification
Skills
- Proficient in operating cardiac catheterization lab equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
