About the role

A hospital in Eastern Wisconsin is in need of a Cath Lab Tech to work a 13 week assignment. The Tech will be required to take call and will be working either 5 eight hour days or 4 ten hour days.

Responsibilities

  • Takes patient history and prepares patients for procedures
  • Assists physicians during cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Monitors patient vitals and equipment during procedures
  • Collaborates with nursing staff to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Documents procedures accurately and promptly

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Cath Lab Technologist in the state of Wisconsin
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited training program in cardiac cath lab technology
  • Basic computer skills
