Role Overview

The Cath Lab Tech provides technical assistance and direct patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab, supporting invasive cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures. They operate ancillary equipment, prepare supplies, and assist cardiologists under supervision, ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality, compassionate, and cost-effective care while maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supporting invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Aiding with equipment operation and inventory management

Qualifications and Skills

• Current license in good standing and appropriate certifications
• Preferred two years of Cath Lab or critical care experience
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills
