Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 07:00 – 17:30
• 4 × 10-hour shifts per week
• Start date: 08/31/2026

Responsibilities & Skills

• Isolation Precautions / PPE
• Accurate monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias
• ASD Closures and Cardiac Implant Closure Device procedures
• Cardiac Stent Placement and Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI)
• Cardioversion and Temporary / Permanent Pacemaker Insertion (PPI)
• Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath lab procedures
• Diagnostic Catheterizations (adult), Left / Right heart catheterization
• Equipment setup, maintenance, and inventory management
• Fluoroscopy and Philips / Siemens system operation
• IABP Placement / Removal and Impella insertion
• Insertion / Programming of AICDs
• Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) and Rotablator atherectomy
• Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA)
• Perform EKG lead placement and Pulmonary Artery (PA) line insertion
• Prep access site and maintain sterile field (scrub procedures)
• Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias
• Room circulator duties and stocking supplies
• Sterile Technique and Vascular Closure Systems (Perclose, StarClose)
• Ultrasound and PACS usage

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Charting experience with Cerner system
