Travel Cath Lab Tech - $2,723 per week

About the role

Travel Cath Lab Technologist position in Greensboro, North Carolina. Assignment starts 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week (4x10s, Days, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday). Call and float required as needed, including during COVID surges. First-time travelers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and perform EKG for invasive cardiac procedures
• Assist with balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, left and right heart catheterization, rotablader
• Operate EPIC CUPID and XPER Witt for hemodynamic monitoring
• Perform 25–35 cardiac interventions daily, including adjunct therapies (CSI atherectomy, IMPELLA, IABP, ACIST, OCT, LHC, RHC, Swan-Ganz, IVUS, AngioJet, radial/ulnar/femoral access)
• Support EP lab procedures (device implants, ablations, EP studies)
• Assist in peripheral vascular lab (fistula, A/O LE runoff, pedal access, thrombectomy, hemodynamic monitoring, conscious sedation)
• Diagnose coronary artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, arrhythmias, and abnormal electrical function of the heart

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• RCIS/RCES strongly preferred but not required
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations
