About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Edgefield, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic catheterization procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Assist in the preparation of patients for catheterization procedures
- Operate and maintain equipment used in catheterization procedures
- Document patient data accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Current license to practice as a Cath Lab Technologist in South Carolina
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating catheterization laboratory equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Skills
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization techniques
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
