About the role

Travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab position in Rapid City, South Dakota. Start date: November 23, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 40 hours per week, 10‑hour day shifts. Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform angioplasties, implant pacemakers and diagnose cardiac conditions using invasive catheterization procedures.
• Administer care for heart disease and heart attack patients by obtaining visual diagnostics of the heart’s arteries.
• Identify blockages, assist physicians during procedures, and monitor patient status at other times.
• Administer interventional procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, pacemaker and/or defibrillator implantation, and related diagnostic or interventional procedures.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Cath Lab setting.

Pay

Weekly payment estimates are provided for informational purposes; they include a gross estimate of hourly wages plus reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing. The pay package is based on 10‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
